This Terre Haute pressing has Phonodisc distribution credit on sleeve but still maintains both the ‘Manufactured By Warner Bros. Records’ credit on labels and the CP prefix on catalog number (which was changed to CPN shortly after Phonodisc took over distribution from W.B.) on sleeve and labels.
Therefore this version has surely been released very soon after Capricorn switched from W.B. to Phonodisc, which happened in the autumn of 1977 – hence the release date.
